The rooms are very small but clean and fresh. There's a terrace where's food and drinks. We had tasty homemade lemonade and beer there. The property is well maintained, the owner is always there and he's welcoming and helpful. The place is surrounded by nature and big, beautiful houses, on a quiet street, close to the park.

We stayed here for a week with our little daughter. Everything was fine here! The rooms were not very large for a family, but we didn't expect anything special, as we spent most of the time walking around. The location was a bit remote from the town, there were no restaurants or cafes around and the prices in the local shops were a bit high. But on the other hand, it's quiet, and there are two paid beaches and the beautiful Dilburnu State Park within walking distance. Also, at a distance of 20-30 minutes walk there are the Museum of Byukada Island, the old Greek Orphanage (the largest wooden building in Europe) and the ancient church with a beautiful panoramic view of the entire island and a great cafe at the top. Special respect is deserved by the hotel staff, great guys! Always helped us, at any time of the day or night. Friendly and honest.

Nizam Butik Otel in Büyükada island. this casual hotel in a 2-story building on a tree-lined street is an 8-minute walk from Yörükali Beach and 2 km from Büyükada ferry terminal.

Ok, it's a 1 star hotel so didn't expect much. However room air conditioning didn't work, (they couldn't find the remote) big problem with mosquitoes (no mosquito nets on windows), had 26 bites in the morning and my wife about 20. In the restaurant for dinner, our first three choices on the menu weren't available, they didn't even have steak! Or any desserts! Maybe it's better earlier in the season but as lots of tourists were still around, I don't think so. The staff were nice people and did the best they could, one felt guilty and went down to the town to buy profiteroles to replace the missing desserts. We booked it because we couldn't find anywhere else with available rooms, we definitely wouldn't stay there again. Now, the price is ridiculously high. I don't recommend it.

I had a great stay. The hosts are very friendly people, always smiling. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to the island.

We stayed there at what was probably the busiest week of the year. None the less, the staff, headed by Üfuk, went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel yard serves as the dining area, and in the evenings had great mellow music (blues etc.) Most of the rooms are rather small. All of them can fit a couple, but if you have children with you, only a couple of the rooms can be considered suitable. There's barely space to add a matress in the other rooms. All in all, we had a great time
